As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator you will play a key role in planning coordinating and executing Usercentrics creative marketing campaigns across the full funnel. Working closely with our creative media agency and internal marketing teams you will ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly on time and in line with business goals.
This role is located in the GTM Delivery team.
Your Tasks
Creative Campaign Coordination (Full-Funnel & Acquisition Campaigns)- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of creative campaigns in close collaboration with our creative media agency and internal stakeholders (e.g. Content Brand & Comms Product Marketing Demand Gen/Advertising).
- Act as theoperational lead for a defined set of creative campaigns(three full-funnel campaigns and four smaller acquisition campaigns per year) managing timelines dependencies approvals and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for campaign coordination ensuring clear briefs aligned expectations and smooth execution across all phases of the campaign.
- Coordinate additional creative campaigns that are fully managed in-house ensuring the same level of structure quality and on-time delivery as agency-supported campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are supported bystructured campaign plans realistic timelines and aligned go-to-market executionacross channels.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned and informed to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of creative campaigns.
Campaign Operations & Process Improvement (In-house & Agency)- Contribute to building and continuously improving our scalable campaign engine.
- Review challenge and optimize campaign coordination processes both internally and in collaboration with our creative media agency.
- Act as a key operational partner to the agency ensuring clear briefs efficient handoffs realistic timelines and smooth collaboration across all campaign phases.
- Identify friction points inefficiencies or recurring blockers in campaign execution and proactively translate them into concrete process improvements.
- Help define document and evolve best practices templates and workflows that can be reused for future campaigns.
You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications campaign coordination or project management.
- Previous experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and campaignsideally involving media and advertising/PPC.
- Previous experience working with creative agenciesand in a creative campaign environment is a strong plus.
- A good understanding of B2B and SaaS marketing environments; experience with PLG motions is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a high attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing timelines stakeholders and dependencies across teams.
- A solid understanding of marketing channels and campaign mechanics and metrics
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Asana Monday etc.).
- A structured proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
