Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and internal operations through effective coordination organization and communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring service processes run smoothly client needs are addressed promptly and internal teams remain aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned service accounts

  • Coordinate daily account activities and support service delivery processes

  • Maintain accurate records documentation and account information

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely execution of services

  • Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction

  • Assist with scheduling reporting and general account coordination tasks

  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
