Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned service accounts
Coordinate daily account activities and support service delivery processes
Maintain accurate records documentation and account information
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely execution of services
Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
Assist with scheduling reporting and general account coordination tasks
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
