Job Summary
Join BuchananKia as a Factory Trained Import Technician in Westminster this role you will apply your specialized training and expertise to diagnose repair and maintain a variety of import vehicles ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on import vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the latest import vehicle technologies and service procedures.
- Work efficiently to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety and company policies.
Requirements
- Factory-trained certification or equivalent experience in import vehicle repair.
- Strong understanding of import vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to pass background checks as required.
