As a Senior Automation Tester based in Ho Chi Minh City you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we ensure quality at scale. This is not just about writing automated tests its about building and enhancing automation frameworks integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and driving best practices across teams. Your work will directly impact delivery speed release confidence and the adoption of AI-assisted testing helping us move toward smarter faster and more reliable quality engineering.
This is a full-time onsite role.
- Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium Robot Playwright).
- Sprint planning & execution
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
- Drive standardization of automation practices across teams.
- Collaborating with developers product owners and QA leads to ensure quality from the start.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Strong experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium Robot Framework Playwright (Java or similar).
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).
- Solid understanding of Agile processes and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- A proactive improvement-driven mindset with a passion for quality.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
