The Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer / IT Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across the organisation.
This is a hands-on onsite IT support role based at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office working Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for day-to-day desktop support helpdesk support user support and systems support with opportunities to assist with automation scripting and basic development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- ProvideLevel 1 IT support and Level 2 IT support to staff across the business
- Deliver desktop support and helpdesk support for hardware software and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues acrossWindows macOS Google Workspace and business applications
- Manageuser accounts permissions and access
- Set up configure and maintainworkstations laptops printers and peripherals
- PerformIT onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist withwebsite updates and basic front-end changes
- Develop simpleautomation scripts (Python preferred) to improve efficiency
- Supportcyber security controls backups and system checks
- MaintainIT asset registers and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or external IT providers when required
About You
- 3 years experience inIT support helpdesk desktop support or IT officer roles
- Strong experience supportingWindows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience withGoogle Workspace administration
- Exposure toPython scripting automation or basic coding
- Comfortable supportingnon-technical users in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills
- Well organised and able to manage multiple support requests
