We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support our daily IT this role you will assist with fleet management LAN support and ticket handling gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment while working closely with experienced specialists.
This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills learn how IT support works in practice and build strong communication experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
- Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
- Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
- Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
- Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
- Assist with setup handling and maintenance of small IT equipment
- Ensure timely and customer-oriented support even under time pressure
Qualifications :
- Being a current Student of IT field
- Availability for work min 30h per week
- Basic knowledge of LAN / networking
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Interest in workplace IT support and user assistance
- Ability to work with people and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
- Fluent Polish
- English at minimum B2 level
