This role will work in the portfolio of Dementia Support Australia (DSA) funded by the Australian Government.

Dementia Support Australia is a service led by HammondCare to improve quality of life for people living with dementia and those that care for them where behaviour impacts care. Our team of clinical advisors are based in over 35 offices across all states and territories nationwide.

In the role of Marketing Coordinator (the position title at HammondCare is Marketing Associate) you will support the delivery of successful integrated marketing programs campaigns and tactical plans that support the goals of DSA.

You will be part of a diverse high-performing team delivering best practice marketing activity to tell our stories drive brand reputation and growth with key audiences.

This role reports into the Marketing Manager Dementia Support Australia and will work closely with the wider marketing and communications team and key stakeholders across DSA. Our Marketing team consists of marketing communications CX and admissions professionals as well as an in-house studio with designers digital experts and content creators.

This is a permanent full-time role based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns projects and events that are aligned to DSAs Mission and optimised to achieve business objectives
  • Support brand awareness and engagement initiatives to maintain reputable position in industry.
  • Lead and manage owned social media channels website development and delivery of external online communications including lead nurture emails.
  • Use analytics and insights to inform performance and optimise marketing activity sharing regular reports with stakeholders
  • Write effective briefs to internal and external creative partners and manage creative projects to deliver high quality work
  • Effective relationship management across internal and external partners and business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Efficient project management on time to budget and with appropriate stakeholder communications
  • Contribute to and uphold the reputation of the marketing team as a knowledgeable collaborative and highly valued business partner
  • Other projects as required

About You

  • Tertiary qualified ideally in Marketing Communications or Business
  • 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (both B2B and B2C)
  • Good technical skills on marketing automation / CMS / CRM platforms (we use Salesforce Hubspot) Microsoft suite Google platforms and analytics tools and a willingness to learn more
  • A strategic outlook able to align marketing activity to business objectives
  • Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels including inbound marketing direct response campaigns content driven campaigns SEM SEO display paid social and landing page optimisation and good understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Proven content marketing experience and ability to develop and execute multi-channel content plans
