Overview
PwCs Commercial Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AC Enablement Associate /Senior Associate to execute enablement and communication strategies that bring Commercial Office priorities to life including Delivery Excellence.

In this role youll help translate strategic direction into clear actionable experiences for practitionersdeveloping communications coordinating enablement activities and tracking adoption progress. Youll collaborate with change activation and enablement team members to ensure messages and materials are aligned timely and effective in driving awareness and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on executioncombining strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement & Communications Execution

• Execute enablement and communications strategies that advance adoption of Commercial Office initiatives including Delivery Excellence and AI Adoption.

• Develop and draft clear compelling and action-oriented communications aligned with Commercial Office priorities.

• Partner with Change Activation and Enablement team members to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across programs.

• Support the creation and management of enablement materialstoolkits guides and visual assetsthat help teams navigate change and apply new practices.

• Maintain organized repositories of content and communication assets ensuring accessibility and alignment with firm standards.

Program Coordination & Delivery

• Manage logistics and coordination for enablement activities communications campaigns and stakeholder touchpoints.

• Track timelines deliverables and participation to ensure high-quality on-time execution.

• Support preparation for leadership updates enablement forums and working sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date calendars trackers and supporting documentation to promote visibility and accountability.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Gather participation data and feedback to evaluate engagement levels and inform future improvements.

• Contribute to recurring enablement reporting by compiling metrics success stories and visual summaries.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of communications.

• Support ongoing refinement of templates toolkits and processes to increase consistency and scalability.

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with Change Activation and Enablement team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of enablement programs.

• Share progress updates challenges and lessons learned to support cross-team visibility.

• Contribute ideas that enhance adoption and engagement outcomes across initiatives.

• Demonstrate adaptability and accountability when responding to changing priorities or emerging needs.

Who They Are

• 35 years of experience in communications project coordination or enablement roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear audience-focused materials.

• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Collaborative and proactive comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on creating leadership-ready presentations.

• Experience supporting adoption communications or enablement initiatives is a plus.
