Job Summary

RN Outpatient

  • Salary Range:$35 to $49 per hour based on relevant years of experience
  • Location:Larimer County
  • Status:Full-time
  • Hours:40 hours per week

Role Overview


As a Registered Nurse (RN) the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning including but not limited to monitoring vital signs medication and treatment administration laboratory testing on-going physical and behavioral health assessments engagement with clients and families alike coordinating transitions of care and ensuring compliance with all rules guidelines and directives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse.
  • Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required.
  • Registered Nurse License required.
  • Valid Colorado drivers license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required.
  • DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required.
  • Basic Life Support Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
