Key Responsibilities - You will do:
Revenue Generation: Driving sales growth through indirect channels.
Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact and building trust with partner leadership.
Strategy & Planning: Developing joint business plans marketing strategies and sales targets.
Enablement: Training partners on products services and value propositions.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs (sales targets/forecast conversion rates) and conducting business reviews.
Sales Support: Assisting with deal registration joint sales calls and pipeline management.
Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between partners or with direct sales teams.
Marketing Collaboration: Driving partner marketing (MDF) to generate leads.
Prospecting and Building Pipeline with and for partners.
Background and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 37 years in channel sales business development or account management often with experience in SaaS or technology.
Advanced English level required - Effective communication in complex professional scenarios is part of the role.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools
