deskbird is making a strong investment in the UK and this role places you at the heart of that growth! Were hiring a high-impact Account Executivebased inLondon to help drive deskbirds expansion across the local market.

This is not a typical plug-and-play AE role. Its a frontline growth position with genuine ownership high visibility and meaningful upside.

Youll be joining a market where we already see solid traction increasing brand awareness and a healthy stream of inbound demand giving you the opportunity to build on momentum rather than start from scratch.

In this role you will
  • Own and scale a high-potentialsales pipeline fueled by both targeted outbound efforts and a strong stream of existing inbound leads.
  • Run the full sales cycle end to end from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close across SMB Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Capitalize on existing UK traction accelerating deals in a market where interest and demand are already proven.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position deskbird as the go-to solution for modern hybrid workplaces.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions at scale.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets by executing smart data-driven outbound and account strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership to help build and scale a world-class U.K go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.
  • You will play a key part in shaping our new office hub and building our presence in London. You should therefore be comfortable working from the office3-4 times per weekto drive the market growth and lead the UK expansion.
What you need to be successful
  • 3 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales with a strong emphasis on outbound.
  • A proven track record of pipeline generation and closing both outbound and high-velocity inbound deals.
  • Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Marketcustomers.
  • High ownership mentality - you thrive in environments where you build iterate and move fast.
  • A passion for outbound sales business development and winning competitive deals.
