- Requirements Management:Elicit analyze and document clear business and technical requirements using artifacts likeBusiness Requirement Documents (BRDs)user stories andacceptance criteria.
- Process Optimization:Conduct thorough reviews of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies recommending automation or re-engineering strategies.
- Stakeholder Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact between business units (e.g. Finance Sales) and IT teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives.
- Data Analysis & Visualization:Use statistical methods and tools to interpret complex data creatingdashboardsand reports that inform executive decision-making.
- Testing & Validation:Lead or supportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)by creating test plans and ensuring delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.
- Strategic Planning:Assist in developing business cases includingcost-benefit analysesand risk assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Finance or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- AdvancedMicrosoft Excel(PivotTables Power Query) andSQLfor data retrieval.
- Experience withdata visualization toolssuch as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management software likeJiraorConfluence.
- Methodologies:Strong understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)andAgile/Scrumframeworks.
- Soft Skills:Exceptional analytical thinking negotiation and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
