Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in SAP to manage procurement activities vendor coordination and purchase documentation. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement process including PR to PO cycle.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations negotiations and timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on material delivery and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments (stores finance production etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate /Diploma Holder
- 1 5 years of experience in procurement or purchase function.
- Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module preferred).
- Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and reporting tools
