Job Summary
Bon Secours Mercy Health St. Rita s Medical Center is looking for a locum coverage in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Job Details:
Dates of Coverage: July 18-25 and December 25
Reason for Coverage: Resignation
Practice Setting: This position would be OR/clinic/ inpatient rounds
Schedule: M-F 8-4 with on call and call back needs during the evening and weekends
Call Schedule: evenings and weekends
Call Ratio: roughly 7-10days of call per month
Average Number of Patients Per Day: varies
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Trauma Level/Designation: level 2
Will APP be Working Autonomously Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: in the OR yes or in clinic
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: in the OR yes or in clinic
Required Duties:
Suture Removal Pre-Op Physical Exams Order Tests Assist in Surgery Write Prescriptions Rounding Chest Tube Insertions Thoracentesis
Need to be experienced in the OR with open heart surgeries vascular surgeries and thoracic surgeries
Patient Age Demographic: adults
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Facility Reimbursement for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel
Requirement description :
- NCCPA - REQUIRED
- Active OH license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license - REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS - REQUIRED
- Training or Experience - Required
- MUST be available for dates listed to be considered - please note at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
