What Youll Do

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs role requirements and long-term talent priorities.
Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for technical engineering and corporate roles.
Proactively source passive candidates through social platforms networks career sites and industry channels.
Conduct thoughtful pre-screening conversations to evaluate skills experience and organizational fit.
Communicate the clients employee value proposition and highlight what makes us a standout employer.
Craft and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
Build strong lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey.

5 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally with a focus on technical or engineering recruitment
