- Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for technical engineering and corporate roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates through social platforms networks career sites and industry channels.
- Conduct thoughtful pre-screening conversations to evaluate skills experience and organizational fit.
- Communicate the clients employee value proposition and highlight what makes us a standout employer.
- Craft and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Build strong lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey.
What You Bring
5 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally with a focus on technical or engineering recruitment
