Job Summary

About the Role

We are hiring a Catalog Operations Project Associate to support large-scale Grocery Convenience Retail and CPG product catalogs.
The role focuses on managing end-to-end catalog issue resolution ensuring product data images pricing and categories remain accurate and up to date across fast-moving e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle intake triage resolution of catalog requests (missing items incorrect images wrong categories product activation issues).
Communicate timelines and updates directly with external partners and CPG advertisers.
Improve catalog workflows and eliminate recurring data issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Operations Product Sales Ads and Analytics.
Use Excel SQL Snowflake/MODE/Sheets to analyze data track trends and troubleshoot catalog gaps.
Maintain high-quality product content to support visibility search and ad activation.
Support automation and process improvements across catalog operations.

Must-Have Skills

2 4 years in catalog operations marketplace operations product data management or e-commerce item setup.
Experience with SKUs/UPCs item onboarding product content accuracy.
Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/Pivots) basic SQL.
Experience working with ticketing systems (JIRA Zendesk Salesforce).
Strong communication with external partners/clients.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in CPG content management or digital shelf optimization
Familiarity with automation/AI-driven operations
Exposure to Snowflake MODE Looker or similar tools
