Customer Implementation Assistant (MFD)

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive handover documentation for the Country Implementation Manager (CIM).
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) at the handover stage and throughout the execution phase (milestone tracking).
• Work proactively with country CIMs to secure timely completion of implementation milestones.
• Monitor business materialization of awarded projects (Power BI reporting) and coordinate escalations with Business Development when necessary.
• Provide administrative support for complex implementations and integrations including adherence to internal SLAs.
• Record and follow up on action items arising from customer implementation meetings.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel including working with large datasets.
• Experience working with reporting tools (PowerBI).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Excellent command of English.
