Job Description

What youll do:

  • Define and grow the business through effective marketing customer marketing and sales strategies across Australia New Zealand and Pacific Island distributors
  • Execute where to win and how to win programs with clear marketing sales and financial deliverables
  • Lead articulation of market priorities ensuring alignment and communication across forums and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with distributor partners and key customers
  • Oversee delivery of Business Development KPIs including gross invoice sales incountry sales speed to shelf inventory and retail driver standards
  • Manage distributor relationships driving joint business performance and ensuring operational excellence
  • Partner with Marketing Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver market strategies ensuring optimal positioning pricing promotion and product availability
  • Own and lead execution of market P&Ls ensuring financial deliverables audit processes and distributor financial alignment
  • Coordinate supply chain operations to deliver the right stock at the right time at the right price while maintaining product freshness and quality
  • Deliver training and development for direct reports and distributor sales teams ensuring succession planning and talent growth
  • Actively participate in recruitment retention and rewarding processes for both internal teams and distributor partners

Youll bring:

  • Deep knowledge and exposure to sales and marketing within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of finance and operations including logistics and distributor management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • 12 years of experience in FMCG with proven leadership in business development
  • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
