Lead Cabinet Installer & Finish Carpenter

• Technical Leadership: Lead the installation of custom cabinetry integrated panels crown molding and complex trim work with 1/32 precision.
  
  
• On-Site Problem Solving: Troubleshooting structural surprises in NYC homes and making field adjustments that maintain the integrity of the design.
  
  
• Team Development: Manage and mentor installer/helpers. You ensure the Kitchen Tune-Up standard is met by everyone on your site.
  
  
• Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact on-site with a calm professional and confident demeanor.
  
  

• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  
  
• Drivers License: Must possess a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. * Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between various job sites in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
  
  
• Proven Craftsmanship: 5 years of experience in high-end finish carpentry or cabinet installation.
  
  
• Communication: Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients and the management team.
  
  
• Tools: Must own basic carpentry hand and power tools (specialty tools provided).
  
  

• W2 Stability: Consistent year-round work with a weekly paycheck.
