Responsibilities
As a People & Culture Advisor youll support a portfolio of our car dealerships partnering closely with leaders to manage the full employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to performance development and offboarding. Collaborating closely with our management team you will also provide strategic HR guidance to support our business objectives. Youll have the autonomy to build strong relationships and tailor support to your portfolio while being backed by a collaborative and knowledgeable national People & Culture team.
What youll be doing
Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders and teams
Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
Drive positive culture and engagement initiatives
Partner on workforce planning performance management and employee relations
Champion best practice HR processes and compliance
About you
Youre a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives when trusted with responsibility. You love building relationships solving problems and making a genuine impact.
Youll also bring:
Skills and knowledge to support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Proven ability to develop rapport with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to interpret awards and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation
Have a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
