- Work with chocolate
- Adhere to the instructions of the head pastry chef and the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and apply sophisticated presentation techniques for desserts.
Required Skills:
- Passion for pastry and gastronomy.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Availability to work shifts and weekends.
Training Program:The trainee will be paired with a mentor who will guide them through the learning process progressively enabling them to perform daily tasks independently.
