Job Summary

Auswide are built on strong values community focus and genuine care for customers. We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to support our customers in our Sarina branch on a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistent highquality customer service across all touchpoints
Process customer transactions including deposits withdrawals account openings and closures
Understand customer needs and discuss banking products and services that may be suitable
Verify and update deposit and lending applications and complete processing accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with banking policies procedures and legislative requirements
Act as a voice for the customer by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
Work collaboratively within the team and assist with onboarding new team members

About You

Strong communication skills with good attention to detail
Experience in a customer facing role
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
A willingness to learn develop and take ownership of your performance
Previous experience in banking lending or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
