Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent highquality customer service across all touchpoints
- Process customer transactions including deposits withdrawals account openings and closures
- Understand customer needs and discuss banking products and services that may be suitable
- Verify and update deposit and lending applications and complete processing accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with banking policies procedures and legislative requirements
- Act as a voice for the customer by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Work collaboratively within the team and assist with onboarding new team members
About You
- Strong communication skills with good attention to detail
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A willingness to learn develop and take ownership of your performance
- Previous experience in banking lending or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
