Overview
This remote Processor role supports investor-focused private money lending by managing active loan files from intake through closing readiness. You will process construction DSCR fix-and-flip and bridge loans for non-owner-occupied investors ensuring documentation is complete conditions are tracked and cleared and all parties stay aligned in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
Process construction files end-to-end coordinating borrower documentation and third-party items and keeping the file moving
Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected reviewed for completeness and packaged for underwriting
Process fix-and-flip and bridge files for investor non-owner-occupied properties tracking conditions and timelines closely
Order track and follow up on third-party items (title insurance appraisal inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and escalate delays when needed
Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them clearly to borrowers and internal partners
Identify issues early resolve what you can and escalate complex scenarios appropriately to keep timelines on track
Maintain clean accurate file notes and documentation so underwriting and closing can move efficiently
Qualifications
Construction loan processing experience (required)
DSCR processing experience (required)
Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required)
Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required)
Private money or hard money background preferred
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and consistent follow-up in a remote setting
