Overview
A healthcare provider is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant toassistwith patient care and administrative functions. This role supports daily operations and ensures a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet room and prepare patients
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Capture vital signs and patient data
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection
- Administer immunizations
- Provide clinicalassistanceas needed
- Maintain effective communication with staff
Required Experience
- At least 1 year MA experience beyond externship
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Occupational Health experience a plus
- EMR and phlebotomy experiencerequired
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
