What Youll Do:
- Answer incoming service appointment requests via phone email and online scheduling platforms
- Proactively contact customers with open recalls to schedule service appointments
- Coordinate and manage mobile service appointments including confirmations and follow-ups
- Provide status updates and maintain clear communication with customers
- Accurately document all appointments conversations and customer interactions in our system
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-comfortable able to navigate multiple systems and software platforms
- Friendly positive and customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
