Job Opportunity: Member Growth & Sales Manager
National Role Field-Based / Head Office (4 days) with remote working 1 day.
We are looking for a Member Growth & Sales Manager to join our Sales team covering an allocated region with national travel in the South of the UK.
The APC is a leading UK parcel delivery network built on strong local depots and exceptional customer service. This is a highly visible field-based role focused on driving regional sales growth supporting Network Member depots and developing new SME business across the network.
In addition to your core region there will be an expectation that you can travel nationally to provide cover and support where required.
The Role
As a Member Growth & Sales Manager you will act as a commercial partner to our Network Member depots. Youll work closely with depot sales and operational teams to identify growth opportunities support new business development and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
This is a varied hands-on role where no two days are the same from proactive new business prospecting to supporting sales recruitment and training within the network youll play a key role in driving revenue and sustainable growth.
