The Opportunity

Downers Energy & Utilities team is expanding and were looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to help deliver safe high-quality work across our water infrastructure projects. Based on the North Side of Brisbane youll lead day-to-day site activities support work crews and subcontractors and keep projects running smoothly safely and efficiently.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking practical safetyfocused people leaders who can guide teams and keep jobs moving from planning through to delivery. Wed love to hear from you if you have:

Experience & Knowledge

Strong experience supervising construction works (water industry experience is a bonus).
Background in planning setup and execution of sitebased activities.
Experience managing subcontractors plant materials and work crews.
Competence in site safety environmental management quality control and reviewing designs.

Skills & Attributes

The ability to communicate clearly and work well with clients engineers and your crew.
Strong organisation and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions on the ground.
A collaborative approach that helps build trust and strong working relationships.

Qualifications

A qualification in frontline management or equivalent (desirable).
All licences and tickets required for supervising works as per legislation and client needs.
