Job Summary

The Mission Step outside the traditional hospital system and into the highest echelon of private medical care. We are actively recruiting an elite Registered Nurse to provide exclusive 1:1 clinical support for a distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This exceptional role allows you to practice pure patient-centric medicine while sailing a magnificent Mediterranean itinerary exploring prestigious ports of call such as Cannes the Ligurian Coast and the Bay of Kotor.

The Team Delivering world-class care requires a world-class environment. You will be an essential part of a bespoke multidisciplinary medical unit residing permanently onboard. Clinical operations are masterfully directed by our Lead British Doctor and you will collaborate seamlessly with dedicated Physiotherapists and a hand-selected Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Clinical safety and staff well-being are uncompromising priorities. A mandatory double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced. This critical safety net ensures you are never managing acute care scenarios in isolation guaranteeing immediate clinical peer support and fostering a sustainable fatigue-free environment at sea.

The Process We respect the demanding nature of your current clinical schedule. To ensure maximum discretion and efficiency the initial screening and interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform. You can comfortably advance through the preliminary stages directly from Dublin without any initial need for travel.



Requirements

Requirements To be considered for this exclusive maritime role candidates must demonstrate:

  • Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of rigorous high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly limited to ICU ER or A&E).

  • Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Crucial for precise clinical documentation and seamless communication).

  • Attributes: Unwavering discretion clinical confidence and an immaculate professional demeanor suited for a high-net-worth environment.
