About the role.
We are expanding our Digital Marketing Team to help maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers across Paid Social platforms. We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager who willbe responsible forthe ownership of campaigns in social platforms and is accountable for the day-to-day management of efficient media spend and generation of new fast paced exciting role anda great opportunityto make a difference to our customers and to our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign leadership plan execute and optimise campaigns on Meta Pinterest TikTok and YouTube platforms across all levels of thefunnel
- Budgeting optimisation - oversee andallocatepaid social budgets across platforms and campaigns ensuring KPIs such as ROI ismet
- Stake holder management - act as a main point of contact in the business for paid social and be a voice of the team though collaboration with internal teams and externalpartners
- Ability to translate and explain platform and internal data to report the performance of activity effectively to a range of differentstakeholders
- Identifytest and learn opportunities to improve performance and advance the paid social strategy and put these intoeffect
- Line management responsibility Digital Marketing Manager will report into the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social and would be support by team of Executives.
- Keeping up to date on industry and platform trends and changes.
About you.
- 3-5 years marketing experience with astrongunderstanding of paid social ecosystems
- Hands on experience of managing Paid Socialcampaigns
- Experience of managing and developing a direct report
- Experience of both direct response activity utilising feeds and branding activity
- Analytical skills andgood levelof understanding ofExcel
- Understanding of digital marketing measurement tools GA4 MMM MTA
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure to tightdeadlines
- Must have high attention to detail e.g. proofreading spellinggrammar
