Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Production Foreman (TMM) to join their mining company based in will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations resources and safety systems to ensure reliable performance cost control and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable health safety and operational standards.
- Manage maintenance activities prioritising breakdowns repairs and preventative work to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate spares equipment availability and procurement to support operational continuity.
- Supervise contractors and teams to ensure work is executed safely efficiently and to required standards.
- Monitor performance analyse failures and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Control budgets track costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation inspections handovers and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate or equivalent
- 5-8 years experience within an underground mining operation working on TMM equipment
- 2 years experience as a TMM Foreman (Advantageous)
- Valid Drivers License
Benefits:
- Salary: R700K - R950K P/A
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
