Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide front line support for service service sales and spare inquiries to help achieve revenue targets.
Perform onsite installation calibration preventive maintenance and repair of Hitachi make Electron Microscope Products.
Interact with customers with integrity fairness and technical expertise along with our channel partners.
Prioritize tasks based on business needs and meet call response time agreements for contract customers.
Achieve revenue targets through successful execution of instrument repair installation and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Lead spare parts including ordering usage returns and physical count.
Maintain technical proficiency by attending trainings team meetings and staying up to date on new products markets customers and competitors.
Manage travel expenses and adhere to travel policies and guidelines.
Give Demonstration and Application information to our customer to support our channer partners/distributors.

Skills:

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of meaningful practical experience as engineer.
Frequent travel to customer sites approximately 70% of work time.
Proven track record of success in sales/ service preferably in an Electron Microscopy for Table-Top Microscope SEM FESEM TEM (120kV &200kV) FIB.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ambitious and driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
Fluent in English and local language preference if having knowledge of Japanese.
Effective questioning skills to identify customer needs.
Effective time management and proactive approach in planning tasks.
Collaborative individual who easily adjusts to new circumstances and offers valuable suggestions.
Willingness to travel within India as well as outside India as per work requirements

Experience:

6 to 10 years of practical work experience as engineer.

Education:

Bachelors or Higher degree in electronic engineering or related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
