Profile:Production Manager-Jewelry-Surat-40k

Job Overview:

A Jewelry Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire jewelry production process ensuring its smooth efficient and results in high-quality pieces.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in jewelry production with at least 2 years in a management role.

Salary Range: 35k - 40k

Roles:

Plan and manage daily/weekly/monthly jewelry production schedules
Coordinate with design sales & procurement teams for smooth execution
Supervise production staff karigars & vendors
Ensure quality standards at every stage of production
Monitor inventory raw materials & stock flow
Maintain production MIS reports & data using Advanced Excel
Optimize production cost timelines & efficiency
Handle vendor management & performance tracking

Qualification:

Graduate in any field (Mandatory)
Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
Familiarity with industry-specific software and production processes.
