Position Overview

We are seeking a motivatedCNC Machinist Ito support aprecision aerospace manufacturing environmentin Claremore. This role is ideal for individuals building hands-on experience operating CNC machinery while working in ahigh-quality high-precision setting.

TheCNC Machinist Iwill operate CNC machines assist with setups inspect finished parts and support production goals related toQuality Cost Delivery Safety and Attitude (QCDSA).

Key Responsibilities

OperateCNC machine tools including3- 4- and 5-axis mills and lathes
Read and interpret blueprints engineered drawings and work instructions
Measure and inspect partsusing calipers and micrometers
Monitor machining operations and makeminor adjustmentsto maintain accuracy
Verify setups by comparingoperation sheets and parameters
Assist withbasic troubleshooting and problem-solving
Deburr and finish partsto required tolerances and surface quality
Maintainaccurate production and inspection recordsin accordance withAS9100 standards
Followall safety procedures and quality standards
Performroutine machine cleaning and maintenance
Keep work areasclean organized and safe
Demonstrate abasic understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDrequired
15 years of machining or manufacturing experience
Ability toread and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
Proficiency withcalipers micrometers and precision measurement tools
Basic understanding ofAS9100 aerospace quality standards
Technical or vocationalCNC training preferred
Familiarity withCAD CAM MRP and ERP systems
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office
Must belegally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to comply withOSHA ITAR FAA and AS9100 requirements
Ability to obtaininternal certifications(forklift crane or related equipment)
