InterScripts is seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in expanding our presence across U.S. commercial healthcare Educations and adjacent federal healthcare markets by directly supporting pipeline growth solution positioning and brand credibility.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will own the planning execution and optimization of marketing programs that directly support InterScripts growth strategy. This role is hands-on and outcome-driven with clear accountability for demand generation account-based marketing (ABM) content development and sales enablement.

You will work closely with Sales Solution Leads Delivery Leadership and external partners to ensure InterScripts offerings are clearly positioned differentiated and visible to target decision-makers.

This role requires strong execution discipline comfort working with data and metrics and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a focused marketing strategy aligned with InterScripts business goals priority solutions and target markets (with emphasis on U.S. commercial healthcare).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine messaging positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing programs with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes.

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Define and deliver lead generation and ABM targets in partnership with Sales.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital marketing email content events and partnerships.
  • Support named-account strategies by developing targeted messaging assets and outreach programs.
  • Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution using dashboards and CRM data.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead development of marketing content including:
    • Thought leadership articles and blogs
    • Case studies and client success stories
    • White papers solution briefs and presentations
    • Website and social media content
    • Sales and proposal support materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with InterScripts brand voice value propositions and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical solutions into clear customer-focused messaging.

Sales Enablement & Proposal Support

  • Partner closely with Sales to develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks solution overviews and battle cards.
  • Support proposal marketing efforts by contributing to win themes solution narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Align marketing programs with sales priorities pipeline stages and revenue goals.

Events Partnerships & Brand Presence

  • Plan and support InterScripts participation in industry conferences trade shows and customer events.
  • Manage pre-event promotion onsite branding and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with industry associations partners and media to expand reach and credibility.

Performance Management & Operations

  • Manage marketing budgets agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor KPIs including lead volume conversion rates pipeline influence and content performance.
  • Produce regular performance reports and insights to inform leadership and improve future campaigns.

  • 58 years of marketing experience in B2B environments such as healthcare healthcare IT technology services or consulting.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Strong background in demand generation ABM and content-driven marketing.
  • Experience supporting new solution launches or entering new markets.
  • Comfortable working with marketing analytics KPIs dashboards and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and external partners simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare organizations is required; exposure to federal healthcare or regulated environments is a strong plus.
