Job Summary

Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical sourcing and fulfilment organisation serving an international partner customer base. As part of their continued expansion they are seeking to add an experienced professional to their Barbados-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the international business sector and will be responsible for overseeing the companys accounting operations financial reporting tax management and broader statutory compliance requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) and account reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements accompanied by meaningful financial analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations.
Support clients with international and crossborder transactions ensuring adherence to applicable accounting and tax standards.
Design enhance and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Analyse financial and operational data to ensure accuracy consistency and completeness.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
35 years of experience in international or crossborder accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problemsolving abilities.
