We are seeking a high-performance Talent Associate to join our core Full Desk recruitment team. This is a hybrid role requiring a rare mix of Sales Grit and Recruitment Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identifying and onboarding enterprise clients requiring recruitment and managed outsourcing services.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing a pipeline of 5 active roles per month using Zoho Recruit & Zoho Workerly.
Client Success: Managing client relationships and ensuring "Architectural Fit" for all placements.
Data Management: Leveraging CRM to track sales leads and conversion metrics.

Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment (Sourcing Client Acquisition).
Proficiency in Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS/CRM packages).
A "Performance-First" mindsetyou thrive on targets and commissions.
