Role Overview
We are seeking passionate IT Sales & Cold Calling Interns who are eager to build a career in technology sales. This role focuses on outbound calls lead generation and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
You will receive structured training in:
Your primary responsibility will be to generate conversations and book meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to businesses daily
Introduce Basecodes services clearly and confidently
Identify potential client needs through structured conversations
Book qualified meetings for senior sales consultants
Log all call activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly call and booking targets
Participate in sales and product training sessions
Attend scheduled strategy meetings
Performance Metrics
You will be evaluated based on:
Number of outbound calls per day
Number of qualified meetings booked
Quality of lead information captured
Communication clarity and professionalism
Who Were Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident speaking on the phone
Willingness to learn IT products and solutions
Goal-oriented and resilient (comfortable handling rejection)
Organized and disciplined with reporting
Basic understanding of technology or a strong interest in tech
ND HND or Bachelors Degree (any discipline; IT/Business preferred)
