DescriptionAt Digital Realty we are looking for a passionate Health and Safety Manager to help strengthen and promote a best-in-class safety culture across our data centers in Spain.
This role is key to ensuring the highest Health & Safety standards are implemented and maintained. You will work closely with local and international teams contractors customers and external auditors. The position combines technical expertise cross-functional coordination and administrative support to the Health & Safety team.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the deployment and management of the Health & Safety framework within the local organization in line with corporate strategy and guidelines.
Identify analyze assess and help manage Health & Safety risks related to operations and construction interfaces.
Contribute to continuous improvement programs in Health & Safety.
Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participate in and provide technical guidance for accident and incident investigations identifying root causes.
Prepare Health & Safety audits and reports in line with HQ requirements.
Maintain relevant certifications as requested by the team.
Support evidence gathering and track internal and external root cause investigations.
Assist in implementing safe systems of work across countries.
Ensure emergency response arrangements and procedures are in place and up to date.
Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team.
QualificationsDegree or formal training in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in Health & Safety roles (data center industrial or construction environments preferred).
Strong knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations.
Experience with risk management audits and incident investigations.
Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional English level required (minimum B2/C1).
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
