Job Summary
Job Description
Make real impact by helping patients adopt healthier habits manage chronic conditions and navigate this field-based role youll deliver primarily face-to-face wellness coaching coordinate care and educate patients on treatment plans and devices. Youll ensure timely followups and support the flawless execution of IQVIAs Patient Support Program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct facetoface wellness coaching during weekly field visits across Egypt
- Guide patients on healthy habits treatment devices and personalized care plans
- Create and distribute health education materials (e.g. brochures)
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries following approved scripts
- Report adverse events and quality complaints related to program products
Qualifications
- Medical background (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and counseling skills
- Strong motivation persuasion and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
Location & Work Pattern
- Egypt; fieldbased with regular weekly travel across governorates
