Roles and Responsibilities:
This position will work closely with product actuarial and technical teams to analyze requirements translate complex insurance logic into clear system specifications and support end-to-end solution delivery. We are looking for a Business Analyst with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather refine and document business requirements for insurance products and processes.
- Translate product rules pricing logic and operational workflows into precise functional specifications.
- Support configuration testing and validation activities using structured datasets (XLS/CSV).
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and aligned with business needs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks and user stories through project tools.
- Contribute to version-controlled documentation and requirement updates using repository tools.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Science or a similar relevant field
- 3 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry preferably life or general insurance.
- Proficiency with Excel/XLS and CSV files for analysis validation and testing
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
