Role Overview:
The Brand and Creative Marketing Designer will elevate and steward Pager Healths visual identity across brand marketing and sales touchpoints. This role blends visual identity management with revenue-focused design execution translating complex healthcare and AI-driven concepts into compelling designs that resonate with health plan decision-makers.
Reporting to the Director Brand and Communications this visual storyteller will own end-to-end creation of high-quality marketing and sales enablement assets that convey the companys brand narrative differentiation and product value. Ensuring clarity consistency and strategic
impact this designer will translate complex data and ideas into persuasive creative that excites audiences and moves prospect conversations forward.
Partnering closely with Marketing Sales and Growth Leadership this role will
shape Pager Healths go-to-market storytelling and how the brand shows up to
clients executives partners and prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advance and steward Pager Healths visual brand identity across marketing
and sales channels ensuring consistency and alignment with our evolving
market position. - Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing executive presentations sales enablement materials social media thought leadership video/motion and web.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and architect persuasive presentation stories for buyers and RFP responses.
- Translate complex and data-heavy healthcare and AI concepts into clear compelling visuals including charts diagrams frameworks and infographics.
- Develop scalable templates visual systems and storytelling frameworks that improve speed quality and consistency across teams.
- Own management of the design and media library maintaining quality control and version integrity.
- Support Growth and executive leadership with polished data-driven presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
- Introduce modern design approaches and leverage emerging tools including AI-enabled software to increase efficiency and creative impact.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing design with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling.
- Proven ability to build narrative arcs that clearly articulate problem solution value and differentiation for sophisticated buyers.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Canva Figma and related design and motion tools; proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy typography and layout principles across both brand and revenue-facing materials.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to Marketing Sales and Growth Leadership influencing storytelling and establishing structure.
- Strong project management cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- A builders mindset: you enjoy improving systems elevating standards and
moving work forward without waiting for perfect inputs. - Bachelors degree in a relevant design discipline (graphic design interaction design brand and product design marketing or media) and/or possess equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Experience working in healthcare health tech digital health SaaS or similarly complex industries is preferred.
For Colorado Nevada New York and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $85000 to $90000. The compensation package includes medical dental vision financial generous PTO stipends for professional development and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado Nevada New York and Washington DC.
