Overview:
A thriving clinic in Rancho Cucamonga CA is now hiring a Physical Therapist for a pelvic health focused position. Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
This opportunity offers flexibility across our Apple Valley and Rancho Cucamonga sites while requiring a minimum of two days per week based in Apple Valley.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Completion of at least level 1 and level 2 APTA or Herman and Wallace Pelvic courses is required.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The selected Physical Therapist will practice in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic environment managing a caseload comprised of approximately 80% pelvic health and 20% general orthopedic patients. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
This role offers a manageable daily caseload of 812 patients with dedicated 1:1 treatment sessions plus AI scribe support to reduce administrative burden.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for the full-time position is $50 per hour. Profit sharing up to 8% is offered after the first year of employment.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm. No weekends. No major holidays!
