Your support will take the complexity off their plate and instill trust as they navigate their investing journey.

Base Salary Range for this role is $64000 $70000 based on licenses held and relevant experience (plus opportunities for annual partnership bonus after your first year and merit increases). You may be eligible for overtime and a shift differential depending on shift schedule. There is a one-time bonus upon obtaining the required licensing. If you are bringing your active SIE Series 7 & Series 63 licenses into the role you will receive a $20000 licensing bonus.

Training hours are 8:30am 5:00pm local. After training you must be able to work at least 37.5 hours per week within shifts that primarily cover overnight and/or weekend hours. Some holiday coverage will also be required.

This role will be fully this position is designated as fully remote it is a condition of the role that you perform all your work duties from your approved home address/state.

Howyoullmake a difference:

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of Vanguard Advice & Wealth Management clients during non-traditional business hours which may require research analysis and collaboration to resolve complex client situations and deliver tailored solutions.

• Foster trust and reliability through consistent high-quality service. Educate clients on Vanguards product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.

• Develop andmaintaincurrent knowledge of Vanguards fundsservicesand technologyas well as an understanding of current market factors and how they affect Vanguards funds and products.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• The SIE is a mandatory requirement of the job and must be obtained no later than 14 calendar days beforeidentifiedstartdate

• Abilityto successfully passtheSeries 7andSeries 63 (or equivalent licenses) within thetime framedescribed in Vanguards FINRA Licensing Policy byutilizingresources and support provided by Vanguard.

• Undergraduatedegree or equivalent experience required.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).

• Interest in financial planning investment advice and wealth management (preferred but notrequired).

• Learning agility to navigate continuously evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers.

If you are offered and accept this position and you do not have the necessary FINRA licenses for the role then you must obtain the required licenses within the specifiedperiod of time. Additionally if you are not currently registered with FINRA in anycapacity prior to moving into this licensed role you will be asked to provide authorization for Vanguard to conduct a credit and criminal checkin accordance withthe FINRA note the credit and criminal check requirement does not apply to crew who are currently registered with FINRA.
