What you will do
- Accurately manage inventory inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices sprinkler and suppression equipment inventory
- Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives
- Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees
- Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle
- Operate circuit board and electronic parts return program.
- Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped to customers and technicians
- Inventory control by following the process identified keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer.
- Manage warehouse accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills
- Timely and accurate receiving of parts is critical to provide excellent customer service
What we look for
Required
- Strong organizational skills positive attitude excellent follow-through and an ability to learn quickly.
- Strong computer knowledge and MS Office expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Previous Inventory Control experience
- Experience driving a forklift
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.07 - 31.73 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
