Sr Business Systems Analyst

As a Sr Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell you will lead complex high-impact IT projects using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making. You will report directly to our IT Manager and youll work out of our Phoenix Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will work onsite M-F for the first 90 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience in business systems analysis with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Expertise in requirements gathering documentation and solution design.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies including data modeling and process mapping.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret data effectively.
