About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Two Maids - as a Team Member for House Cleaning Services! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients in Gilbert Chandler Queen Creek San Tan Valley Mesa Apache Junction and Gold Canyon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in clients homes.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.
- Assist in training new team members on cleaning techniques and company standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- All team members start and end the work day at our local Gilbert office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexible availability including weekends is a plus.
- Must be available 7am -5pm Monday - Friday.
