We are currently hiring a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Operations to manage the operations process compliance reporting training quality control and delivery of integrated efficient and intuitive global recruiting processes in support of Alcons business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation development and implementation of operational and process improvements across all facets of Talent Acquisition including but not limited to candidate and hiring manager experiences employee referral program process/system issue identification and resolution.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across the GTA team to ensure a high level of data accuracy for talent analytics and candidate records.
- Partner closely with People Analytics resource and team to ensure GTA is delivering relevant and accurate reports and metrics to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with all cross-functional partners (e.g. HRBPs Comp Legal HR COEs Recruiting Leaders) to stay up to date on any changing processes tools or regulations - creating FAQs comms or trainings to educate and enable recruiters.
- Lead and manage key TA initiatives including audit and compliance policies/procedures metrics Workday enhancements and integrations.
- Partner with People Analytics to ensure delivery of relevant and accurate GTA metrics to key stakeholders.
- Oversee and administer compliance efforts and is accountable for compliant operations by both vendors and internal recruitment teams including U.S. requirements (OFCCP) and familiarity with international job posting requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with GTA partners to deliver integrated recruiting technology solutions that increase efficiency and capability.
- Maintain and update Insights page and GTA playbooks as a useful reference tools and repository for GTA process and practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure Alcon is up to date on leading-edge practices of talent acquisition.
- Own all business processes within HRIS TA capability from process design tools and platforms.
- Develop and manage relationships with outside vendors in the recruiting process to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. These vendors include but are not limited to pre-employment checks direct placement /search firms and on-line service providers.
- Track and measure quality against clear KPIs constantly challenging the status quo to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Ability to analyze and provide data/performance dashboards in partnership with People Analytics team with a focus on identifying process improvement opportunities and/or cost savings.
- Develop data-driven compelling business cases that support and prioritize initiatives and persuasively communicate findings by visually telling the story.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree orEquivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 15 yrs; Assoc.11 yrs; M.S.4 yrs; PhD3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Work hours: Monday - Friday
- Travel Requirements: Up to 5%
- Relocation assistance: No

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Experience in RPO/outsourced models for global support.
- Experience in diversity recruiting efforts.
- Language capabilities beyond English.
