Job Summary

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a program design manager youll lead the coordination of design efforts across multiple design-build teams within airport construction programs. Youll ensure design consistency quality and alignment with airport standards stakeholder expectations and program goals. Youll serve as a central design resource facilitating collaboration among project teams program leadership and airport stakeholders to deliver cohesive high-performing cargo facilities.

Salary Range: $176000 to $230000

What Youll Do:

Coordinate and integrate design efforts across multiple design-build teams to ensure consistency with program objectives and airport standards.
Develop and implement Westfield Program design standards for cargo facilities.
Promote design cohesion while allowing design-build teams to maintain creativity and ownership of their solutions.

What Youll Need:

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Civil Environmental or a related engineering discipline.
Licensed Architect Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.
Minimum ten years of coordinating design within complex design-build programs.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Obtain any required certifications and pass appropriate qualifications tests for the position in specified time frames.
Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
This field job primarily operates in outdoor work environments that may include exposure to inclement weather heat humidity noise hazards atmospheric conditions and bodies of water depending on project requirements.
While performing the duties of this job physical demands of the employee may include frequent talking hearing standing moving walking stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching handling grasping feeling balancing coordination and occasional sitting or operating a company vehicle. This job may require lifting carrying pushing and pulling up to 35 lbs.
