What will you do as a Clinical Director
Youll dive into case reviews support BCBAs with real-time problem solving and fuel professional growth through modeling training and meaningful feedback. Youll also guide families through their very first steps with us by overseeing tours assessments and the onboarding process for new learners. And because client success is our north star youll help drive progress using our clinical outcome metrics while keeping creativity compassion and play at the center of everything we do.
In partnership with the Practice Manager youll help shape a fun positive team-first culture where celebrating wins big and small is part of the everyday rhythm.
