Summary:

We are looking for a motivated top-notchClaims Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We are a smart fun place to work. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremelystrong attention to will train on specific task items listed below although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required; An RBT with 2 years of clinical experience is preferred
• Working knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is strongly recommended
• A strong pleasant personality with a high EQ
• Extremely detail oriented you minimize mistakes because you care about how your work affects patients
• Strong communication style
• You possess a high-level of organizational skills - you rarely drop the ball because you love having systems in place to keep things running smoothly
• You like to work really hard you arent watching the clock for quittin time
• Undergraduate is ideal but not required

Responsibilities:

• Performs appropriate follow-up activities on timesheet audits
• Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with claims
• Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate effective and efficient manner
• Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Detail-oriented and able to meet daily goals
• Enjoys being a team player
• Proficient in Excel and Word

**This position is in office if in the Austin area/ remote if not in Austin.
